Aeluna (Aeluna by Carolin Jäschke) is a small art studio based in Norway. All works are individually hand-illustrated and created with care.

When you order from Aeluna, you enter into an agreement between:

• Seller: Aeluna by Carolin Jäschke (Norway)

• Buyer: You, the customer who places an order

Each Aeluna map or illustration is unique and made to order.

Because everything is drawn by hand, small variations in colour, texture, or layout are part of the process — they make each piece one of a kind and are not considered defects.

Once you place your order, you’ll receive:

1. An order confirmation by email.

2. A questionnaire — that forms the basis of your illustration.

3. A creative process with three steps:

   • Initial concept: I translate your input into a rough composition — you’ll see it and can share thoughts.

   • Final draft: You can request small changes before I move to the final stage.

   • Final artwork: Once approved, your map is illustrated, printed, and carefully packaged for delivery.

Payment is made at checkout through the available payment options.

Payment must be made in full at the time of order (or as otherwise agreed).

All prices are shown in NOK unless stated otherwise.

Prices or product details may be updated from time to time.

Since each artwork is custom-made, refunds are limited. Here’s how it works:

• Before returning the questionnaire: you can cancel your order and receive a 50% refund (the other 50% covers the time and preparation already set aside for your piece).

• After returning the questionnaire: the creative work begins, so I can’t offer a refund.

• Damaged deliveries: if your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos, and I’ll make my best to find a good solution — whether that means a replacement or a refund.

I always aim to be fair. If something unexpected happens, please reach out — I’ll do my best to see what can be done.

Under Norwegian law (“Angrerettloven”), online purchases normally include a 14-day right of withdrawal.

However, this does not apply to custom-made or personalized items, such as Aeluna’s hand-drawn maps, once production has started.

All maps are shipped flat (not rolled), securely packaged.

You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.

Estimated delivery times depend on the delivery address.

International orders:

• Orders ship from Norway.

• Depending on your country, local customs authorities may charge import duties, VAT, or handling fees.

• These charges are not included in Aeluna’s prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Unfortunately, I can’t predict or control these fees.

If there’s ever a delay, I’ll let you know as soon as possible.

All artwork, illustrations, and designs remain the intellectual property of Aeluna by Carolin Jäschke.

You’re welcome to display your map or gift it to someone — but please don’t reproduce, sell, or alter it without written permission.

If something seems wrong with your order, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it.

I’ll review each case personally and offer repair, replacement, or refund according to Norwegian law.

Aeluna cannot be held responsible for indirect losses (like lost income) or for misuse of the artwork once received.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law.

If we ever need to resolve a dispute, it will be handled by the courts of Norway — though I always prefer to find an understanding first.

These terms, together with your order confirmation, make up our full agreement. Any updates will apply only to future orders, and I’ll make sure to communicate changes clearly.
