Depending on how you interact with my website or place an order, I may collect:

• Contact details (name, email, shipping address, phone number)

• Order information (products purchased, payment status, delivery details)

• Questionnaire responses (personal details you voluntarily share to create your custom artwork – see Section 5)

• Process and deliver your order

• Send order and shipping confirmations

• Communicate about your artwork or questionnaire

• Handle payments and refunds

• Improve my website and customer experience

I only collect the data necessary to provide these services.

We only share your data when necessary:

With payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, Vipps)

With shipping companies for delivery of your order

With accounting/bookkeeping services as required by Norwegian law

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

When you order a custom artwork, you’ll receive a personal questionnaire that helps me design your piece.

This form may include optional personal details, such as:

• Names, dates, or locations

• Short stories, memories, or messages

Use:

These details are used only to create your illustration and to ensure it reflects your story accurately.

They are never shared with third parties beyond what’s required for production and delivery.

Storage & deletion:

• Questionnaire data is stored securely and separately from payment information.

• It is deleted within 60 days after your order has been completed and delivered, unless legal obligations require longer retention (e.g. for invoicing).

• You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing hello@aeluna.com.

Sensitive or emotional information you share is treated with utmost confidentiality.

Order and invoice data are retained for up to 5 years as required by Norwegian bookkeeping law.

All other personal data (such as questionnaire responses) are deleted sooner, as described above.

You have the right to:

• Access a copy of your data

• Request correction or deletion

• Withdraw consent (where applicable)

• File a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) if you believe your rights have been violated

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes.

Our website uses Cabin Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not rely on cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. This allows us to understand basic site usage while respecting your privacy.
